At the Icicle Village Resort

Full service catering is available through the Icicle Village Resort for all of your events, whether they include a formal evening or a barbeque on the lawn.

Reception Policies:

All food and beverage services are provided by the Icicle Village Resort. Wedding cakes may be provided from an outside vendor.

Entertainment including bands, DJ's, etc. may be scheduled until 10:00 pm. Our ballrooms need to be vacated by 11:00 pm. These policies help ensure the comfort of hotel visitors and guests

Icicle Village Resort Leavenworth Wedding Reception Packages

Icicle Inn Ballroom Reception $1000.00 + tax

Includes the following:
• BEST WESTERN PLUS Icicle Inn Ballroom rental
• 12 x 12 Dance floor and D. J. Table if needed.
• Tables and Chairs and Setup
• Linens - cream table clothes and skirting. Black, light blue or gold green napkins.
• More colors are available for an additional $2 per person plus tax
• Guest rooms may be arranged at a discounted group rate based on availability and subject to a two night minimum stay.
• Honeymoon Suite ½ off regular price (if available). Includes a rose and champagne.
• Overnight stay and scheduled meeting with Executive Chef and Wedding Coordinator to answer questions and discuss planning. (30 - 14 days before event is preferred)
• Bartender service is available at $100.00, which is waived with minimum alcohol sales of $200.00.

Icicle Inn Outdoor Reception $1000.00 + tax

Includes the above reception with the exception of the Dance Floor
An indoor area is generally held as a backup for inclement weather.
 

Wedding Dinner Packages

¼ Carat $16.95++ per person (appetizers)

• Deli meat platter, cheese display, vegetable display, fruit display, coffee, decaffeinated coffee, tea and lemonade.

• Sparkling cider toast. Champagne toast may be substituted for an additional $2.00 per person.

• Complimentary bottle of champagne for Bride and Groom.

½ Carat $29.95++ per person

• Two entrée dinner buffet.

• Sparkling cider toast. Champagne toast may be substituted for an additional $2.00 per person.

Appetizer Reception:

• Meatballs, little smokies, pasta salad, green salad, stuffed mushrooms, deli meat platter, cheese display, vegetable display, and fruit display.

• Complimentary bottle of champagne for Bride and Groom.

1 Carat $39.95++ per person

Three entrée buffet.

• Bartender services with one drink ticket per person.

• Cake cutting and service.
