Easter Dinner Feature’s Sunday March 31, 2013
- Chicken Jerusalem- Marinated chicken breast lightly breaded with basil, tarragon, and parmesan cheese, no a white wine sauce topped with artichoke hearts and finished with béarnaise sauce, served with your choice of side. $18
- Grilled marinated Lamb chops – Tender lamb chops marinated in Mediterranean herbs, grill the way you like, then topped with fresh rosemary demi glace sauce, served with your choice of side. $22

Seating times by reservation only 4pm, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm. Please allow 24 hours for response.
Christmas Dinner will be served buffet style in the Icicle Inn Ballroom with seating times available by reservation only from 4pm – 7pm. Guests will be greeted at the door, seated, served beverages with full bar service available, and then go through a beautiful holiday dinner buffet. Live music will be by Linda Butler, Pianist.

Start with sun-dried tomato, basil, and Swiss cheese flatbread crostini,
fresh fruit and fresh baked breads with creamy butter.
Enjoy a crisp fresh salad with our special recipe dressings from our salad assortment along with our apple slaw, holiday pasta salad, fruited gelatin or

For the main course
J J Hills Fresh Grill special roasted turkey or
cranberry glazed slow cooked ham or
tasty roast prime rib with horseradish demi-glace sauce
carved just for you and accompanied by
apple and cranberry cornbread stuffing

creamy mashed red potatoes
with chef make turkey gravy
and sweet roasted winter squash
