Front Desk Night Audit Agent - The Icicle Village
Resort in Leavenworth is currently seeking a qualified, mature,
dependable, hard working, structured individual with record of
excellent customer service. As a guest services agent, your
schedule should be flexible as we offer 24 hour staffed guest
services.
Minimum requirements include the ability to use Microsoft
Windows based computer systems. You should have the ability to
multitask and should have effective written and verbal
communication skills. A positive attitude and the ability to
remain calm under stress is required. Must be able to stand for
long periods of time and lift heavy luggage.
Knowledge of the local area is a strong plus.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Answering phones, making guest reservations, checking guests
in and out of the hotel and condominiums, delivering amenities
to guest rooms and condominiums, concierge services for guests,
answering guest services emails and requests, closing the books
on at the end of the business day and helping with breakfast
set-up
