Christkindlmarkt
The Last weekend of November come visit Leavenworth’s Annual
Bavarian style Christmas market for the whole family offering
craft and food vendor booths, continuous entertainment, and
lantern decorating for children.

Village of Lights
In December and
January the Bavarian Village is decked out with thousands of
twinkling lights throughout the holidays. The first three
weekends in December feature a festival celebrating the
Christmas season.

Ice Festival
In January Ice Fest
is a day for playing outside in the snow! Events include the
"Great Smooshing Race," a Colored Ice Cube Hunt, and the
Northwest Regional Dog Sled Pulling Championships. Enjoy dog
sled rides, sleigh rides, and skiing at Leavenworth's own ski
hill. The festival concludes with spectacular aerial fireworks
over the snow!
