Guest Comments about their stay at the Icicle Village Resort
in Leavenworth Washington

Below is a sampling of just a few comments we receive daily at the Icicle Village Resort.

“Good choice for Leavenworth”

We spent one night at the Icicle Inn with friends, we had 2 rooms on the 3rd floor and 1 room on the 1st floor (one of the rooms that allows dogs). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room, the lobby and adjoining restaurant (JJ's) were spotless and immaculate, and I thought the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast (free with the room) was one of the best we've had included at a hotel. It included eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, yogurt, sweet rolls, etc. Plentiful and good.

We had dinner at JJ's, the adjoining restaurant. I would like to put in a good word for our server, Christy, who was so friendly and pleasant. She made our dinner (which was delicious) even more enjoyable by her friendliness, and even taking time to chat with our group for awhile.

“Great summer activity location, great value place to stay”

We stayed in the condos. We had a great time in Leavenworth in August. We enjoy outdoor activities and there was plenty here for 4 days. Weather was great. Great hiking, tubing, shopping and golf. The resort has a nice pool and hot tub, various activities, and nice family atmosphere. Condo was clean, large, well equipped. Breakfast was included. Would definitely return.

She smiled a lot and had a great attitude.

From a guest in the Aspen Suites Condominiums:  I don't know her name, but there was a young Hispanic woman who served in the breakfast bar area, fairly petite, who was extremely polite and helpful. She smiled a lot and had a great attitude.
At the Icicle Junction Activities Center The cookie dough chocolate chip (not quite the right name, but close) ice cream was excellent and easily the best bargain in town. Superior to the Cold Stone stuff.
Wife enjoyed [Therapeutic Touch Massage & Wellness] and came back very relaxed.
Wonderful stay. Very relaxing. The rooms were very nice and met our needs .

Was looking for Best Western in particular because of your outstanding reputation.

The desk staff helped us with the trolley schedule and answered questions and were very friendly.  The housekeepers always had a friendly smile and were thoughtful and courteous.  We loved our stay, the pool was the perfect temperature, and we had a beautiful view of the mountains. I wish we could have stayed longer!!
Wonderful breakfast and coffee.  Excellent, friendly staff, wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows, fun (free!) trolley ride.

Ladies Retreat

"Jeanne on behalf of the Ellensburg Ladies Retreat, I wanted to send you a huge "Thank You" to you and your staff for making our weekend so great!  We all had a wonderful time!  The accommodations were wonderful!  You and your staff were a pleasure to work with. Again, thank you."

I Love To Stay Here

I love to stay here. It feels just like family. Audrey the manger is truly wonderful. Jeannie is also wonderful. Lynn, Frank ,Schonn and Jeremy are also wonderful. I and my family visit Leavenworth very often and the Icicle is the place to stay. We just don't stay at a Inn but we stay with Family, that means allot to us. You don't have that kind of experience anywhere in America. That is what keeps us coming back. We could go somewhere else but Leavenworth and the Icicle Inn makes everything worth our visit. We as a Family can not wait to return.

One of the Top Notch Spa's in Washington

I do not remember her name but she greeted us upon arrival in the spa, 6/26 and was very apologetic about a time mix up, (which turned out to be my mistake) loaned me her glasses since I had forgotten mine. The overall experience was wonderful and I will highly recommend Therapeutic Touch as one of the top notch spa's in Washington. Thank you for a making our much needed "girls night out" special.
One of the best massages, if not the best I have ever had. Christina is one worth the travel and expense to come and stay there on regular basis.

Updated Decor Goes a Long Way

New, clean carpet does wonders. Beds were comfortable and this was a big selling point. Room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Updated decor goes a long way in creating a good impression

Essential Key to Our Success

Apparently, this guy LIKES working for you! (maybe worth saving this for the employee appreciation party?)

You guys were top notch! We tried some new things this year, and your entire staff bent over backwards to help us our - even with the ODD request or two (or three).

Thanks again for your assistance and hospitality. Though at times unseen, you guys are an essential key to our success at putting this conference together.
I look forward to working with all of you again next year.

(Thank you for taking such good care of our groups Frank!)
