Your friends in Leavenworth want to wish you a very
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. The Village is decked out in
all of its splendor to welcome you to a winter wonderland that will
take your breath away.
Use Leavenworth as your Base Camp for skiing at Mission Ridge or
Stevens Pass. Leavenworth is fortunate enough to be right between
two first class ski resorts.
Steven Pass
has grown from its humble beginnings to one of the Northwest's
premier resorts offering 10 lifts, over 1,125 acres of skiable
terrain, 37 primary runs, and at the heart—an intimate base village
surrounded by three day lodges.
Mission
Ridge's dry snow and 300 days of yearly sunshine are known
throughout the Northwest for providing a ski experience many skiers
liken to Sun Valley, Idaho; Colorado and Utah.
Bavarian Ice Fest January 13-14
Fun for the Entire Family
 Winter
play day for all ages with an invigorating grab bag of outdoor
events including the “Great Smooshing Race.” Emceed by Jeff Renner
of King 5 News. Participate or cheer from the sidelines. Watch the
Northwest Regional Dog Sled Pulling Competition. ICEFEST concludes
with entertainment and a spectacular aerial fireworks display over
the snow on Sunday evening
Over The River and Through The Woods
Enjoy A Sleigh Ride
 Take
an old fashioned sleigh ride and glide over open meadows or along
the river, depending on what company you choose. Warm yourself by a
cozy fire and sip a hot drink......enjoy our winter wonderland.

14 – Winter Fun Fest
Come play in the snow at the Leavenworth Ski Hill. All sorts of
activities to try snowshoes – snowshoe trail, obstacle course, games
and more. 9AM - 6PM. Demos from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., races at 2

27 – Leavenworth Skirnnnen Gran Prix
10K ski race on the wide, gently rolling trails of the Leavenworth
Golf Course. A great event for all abilities and great tune up for
