General and Reservations

  • Is there a minimum age requirement to check-in?
    • Yes, the minimum age requirement to check-in is 18 years old.
  • What is the guestroom cancellation policy?
    • Notice of cancellation must be given either 24 hours in advance for Sunday through Thursday reservations. Friday and Saturday stays must be canceled within 48 hours of check-in and Oktoberfest, Christmas Lighting, and Christmas school break must be canceled 14 days prior to arrival date or deposit/prepayment is forfeited. Other advanced purchase rate plans and promotions are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    • Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am each day.
  • What are the options for parking?
    • We offer complimentary parking for our overnight guests on property.
  • What if we have more than two adults in our guestroom?
    • Additional guests ages 13 and over in each room are $12 per person per evening.
  • Do you offer extra beds or cribs?
    • Cribs are complimentary and rollaway beds are available at an additional charge. Rollaway beds are available for $25 per night.
  • Do you offer late check-out?
    • Late check-out is subject to availability and fees as follows:
      • 1:00pm check-out is $25.
      • 2:00pm check-out is $50.
      • 3:00pm check-out is $100.
  • Do you offer early check-in?
    • We cannot guarantee an early check-in due to the demands of other guests, but we will do our best to accommodate requests.
  • Can I leave early?
    • Early departures require full payment unless we are able to rent the room to others.
  • What are the taxes and fees on my reservation?
    • Rooms are subject to Washington State sales tax, currently 8.5% and 3% lodging tax.
  • Is smoking allowed on property?
    • Icicle Village Resort is a smoke-free property.
  • Can I store my bags before I check-in or after I check-out?
    • We will happily store your bags as a courtesy after you check-out or before you are able to check-in.
  • Can I have a package sent there before my arrival?
    • Yes, please have the label read your name and Icicle Village Resort.
  • Does the hotel have ADA accessible rooms?
    • Icicle Village Resort provides ADA accessible guest rooms. To inquire or reserve an ADA accessible room, please contact our Front Desk at 800.961.0162. Our dining options are ADA accessible, as are all of our meeting areas.
  • Where can I buy gift cards?
    • We are currently selling paper certificates through reservations.
  • Do you require a deposit to hold my reservation?
    • All reservations require a credit card at the time of booking to guarantee the room. At check-in, an authorization will be placed on your credit card for the total amount of your reservation rate plus tax and resort fee, plus an additional $10 USD per night in anticipated incidental charges.
  • How far is the hotel from the downtown area?
    • Icicle Village Resort is a 10-minute walk from downtown Leavenworth.

  • What are your current safety and health guidelines for hotel?
    • The well-being of our team members and customers is of paramount importance. We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding the COVID-19 cases and following guidelines from these agencies as well as the local health departments. For more information, refer to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) or your local health authority.
      Through our management company, Columbia Hospitality, we’ve also partnered with Ecolab, a global leader in infection prevention, to take our already stringent safety and sanitation protocols to the next level through the Columbia Clean program. Amenities

  • What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
    • JJ Hills offers complimentary breakfast from 7:00 am – 10:00 am, Happy Hour from 4:00 pm to 6:00pm, and dinner from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Open for diner from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday and Saturday.
  • Do you have a fitness center? If so, what are the hours and what kind of equipment does it have?
    • The fitness center is key access only and is open 24/7, however is currently closed. We offer two treadmills, one elliptical, one spinning bike, one recumbent bike, a bow flex type machine, and mats.
  • How much do you charge for high speed/WiFi internet access?
    • WiFi is complimentary for our guests!
  • I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the guestroom, how can I do this?

  • Do you have a business center?
    • Icicle Village Resort does not have a business center however, our guests’ services would be happy to assist you.
  • Do you have a pool? If so, what are the hours?
    • Icicle Village Resort has two pools and hot tubs at either end of the resort. They are open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm is reserved for adults only. *The pool operations are currently suspended at this time due to Covid-19*
  • Do you have a spa? If so, what are the hours and treatments available?
    • Alpine Spa offers world-class relaxation and rejuvenation in the form of massage treatments, body scrubs and wraps, facials, and hair removal. *The spa is available by appointment only at this time.*
  • Is there an airport shuttle or courtesy shuttle service?
    • No, however, Leavenworth shuttle and taxi provides local and train service for a fee.

Pets

  • Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height, or types?
    • We happily welcome four-legged guests without restrictions!
  • What is your pet fee?
    • $25 per day, maximum of two dogs per guest room.
  • Do you have pet-free rooms for those with allergies?
    • Yes, we happily offer pet-free rooms to those with allergies.
