Icicle Village Resort is the perfect size to host any group from 10 guests up to 150 with our flexible spaces and fun amenities to keep everyone entertained and energized. Whether it be a wedding or a small team meeting, Leavenworth is the ideal destination.

Resort event spaces include an executive boardroom that seats up to 12 guests, two flexible ballrooms that can seat up to 150 guests, and three breakout spaces that can accommodate from 10 to 50 people.

TUMWATER BALLROOM (A&B)

The Tumwater Ballroom is located on the ground floor of Icicle Village Resort and accommodates up to 150 guests when combining A & B. The Tumwater A and Tumwater B rooms are separated by an accordion wall, creating the perfect space to host a meeting on one side and a meal on the other (accommodating up to 40 guests).

ENCHANTMENTS BALLROOM (A&B)

The Enchantments Ballroom is the most adaptable and centrally located space at Icicle Village Resort. Located on the ground floor, the room offers abundance of natural light, multiple access points, and ease of access to all rooms and condos on-property. When divided into two spaces (Enchantments A and Enchantments B), the rooms are ideal for hosting a meeting on one side with a breakout room or a meal on the other side. As a single space the ballroom provides a beautiful setting for a large meeting or celebration.

CASCADE COURTYARD

The outdoor Cascade Courtyard is one of our most requested spaces for large group dinners, wedding ceremonies, receptions, and special events, such as family reunion BBQs and corporate team-building celebrations. Shaded by large, semi-permanent event tents, typically available May through September (weather dependent), this space offers guests the ability to enjoy the views and open air, as well as explore other on-property amenities during the event.

WEDGE MOUNTAIN ROOM

Located in the heart of the resort, within the Snow Lakes Plaza and adjacent to our minigolf course, Wedge Mountain is filled with natural light creating a memorable atmosphere for intimate receptions and focused meetings. This flexible space can also be utilized as a small dining space or party venue and allows for easy access to the amenities within the Snow Lakes Plaza, including the sports court, BBQs, and fire table.

ICICLE RIDGE ROOM

Located in the Snow Lakes Plaza, this is one of our most flexible spaces for anything from small meetings to a wedding ceremony or social events with a view of the golf course and Tumwater Canyon in the background.
